Since Sept 15 Astra have put a new satellite up and we are having a big problem in receiving a signal we are in France. Anyone else having problems?
There is no new satellite. Lots of problems for reception were experienced when Astra 2f commissioned, but that was months ago. If your problems are recent then it is not down to a new satellite. The next one Astra 2E is still sitting on the launch pad in Russia. Unless you live in the extreme South you are unlikely to be affected. Welcome to the forum.
