InactiveI can not get my box to receive a satellite signal, it’s not the fault of the dish or lnb as I’ve checked it with another box and that’s fine. I also followed some instructions from a previous post on here which suggested disconnecting the hard drive but that made no difference, any ideas would be much appreciated or if anyone knows of a decent repair service in the North Yorkshire area then again I’d be very grateful.

ModeratorWelcome to our Forum

As you are not UK based assume you are referring to a HDR ****S or Foxsat satellite receiver.
Only the first part of any postcode is required eg TW8 (London region)

It looks like you have lost the freesat transponder, which could be due to a faulty LNB. How many TV channels did the manual tune find?
Can you try a manual tune to the transponder 11428 H 27500 2/3.
