Hi guys,

Just purchased the Humax FVP5000T, on setting it up followed the instructions but wasn’t getting the same pictures as in the set up guide. After what i thought was set up complete, i found that when i pressed the guide and freeview play buttons nothing happened. After allot of fiddleing i realised i hadn’t confirmed the HDMI connection on the tv, so went into connections on tv then on HDMI4 it showed the humax box, so just confirmed that and hey presto went through set up again and everything was as in the book and all is well. So please remember to confirm your HDMI connection on your tv prior to setting up you Humax box, hope i have helped someone to learn by my mistake.
