There is no direct way to transfer files from a G2 Freesat+ box.

Firstly The 1100S has no way to export it’s recording files.

Secondly to replay non native content a Foxsat-HDR requires sidecar files in addition to the video .ts file.

These can be built using a utility written by Raydon (AV2HDR).

Uploading these requires the installation of the custom firmware to give the required ftp access.

The custom firmware does allow recordings made on a Foxsat-HDR to be viewed on a 1100S either via USB or using your home network direct from the Foxsat-HDR.

If you want to watch Humax recordings made on one box on the other and vice versa easily you need a pair of HDR-FOX-T2’s.
