After watching a program streamed to another room, it will suddenly go back to the recorded programs after about half an hour. When I try to re-connect, our LG TV says “this file type not supported”

How come? I’ve been watching this program for half an hour!
How big is the file ? Perhaps the LG has the dreaded 4MB limit.
It’s just half hour or one hour programs.
The first time that I noticed the viewing time on that program, it was 50 minutes!
How come that it’s the wrong file type after 50 minutes?
