I have a number of video file but cant get any to play properly.

I am trying to stream from NAS on my network. I can browes to the files and see all files. Some show with now time/duration and some without pictures.

Regardless of which file I pick some do start briefly but all then show a message across the top of the screen saying unsupported file.

What file types are supported for video playback in the media player.

I realise I may have to convet my files but this is ok.

Only 16:9 content will fill the screen unless you distort the picture or lose a lot of it off the edge.

I’ve just tested mp4, avi and mkv which all seemed to work from usb with a quick test.

Graham Content is 16:9 in fact extracted from old 9300T.

The image is in proportion but there is black border all the way round

In that case check your TV display options in the TV setup menu. Setting 16:9 should give you full screen pictures.
