Please help

My humax has started to have problems when recording.

The red light comes on to show its recording, but it doesn’t always record anything. Sometimes it does record normally but half the time it simply shows 0 mins recorded. Sometimes it says there was a recording clash (even when only one programme is set to record)

Any advise out there?
