Hello,
I need to send back my week old Humax 5000t box (and get a replacement) as it has numerous problems and is also very noisy. How do I clear everything off it before I send it back? Factory reset? It has my wifi code/password, recorded programmes and log in details for Channel 4 on Demand.
Fingers crossed the second box is better behaved.
Factory reset and select the option to format the hard drive at the same time.
