Hi can anyone advise me please I am having problems with my Humax Freesat HDR and think I need to try a factory reset. Will this erase all my previous recordings? Is there a way to save my recordings externally?

Welcome to our Forum

A factory reset will not delete your recordings, – it will delete scheduled timers and reset any user settings you may have altered.
