I have connected an ethernet cable to the aura box but the network settings are still showing as being connected via the WiFi. The Ethernet states ‘Not connected.
I have rebooted the box a couple of times and still not connecting.
Is there anything else I need to update in the settings to get this to work.
I’m using ethernet connection on my Aura without any issues. Have you tried turning off WIFI on the network connections menu and see if ethernet will connect then?
Silly question, are you using a known working ethernet cable? Can you test plugging into a laptop to confirm cable is good?
Sorry. Sorted. Turned out to be a faulty ethernet cable.
