Is there anywhere where users can log their thoughts for improvements to the User experience? For example:

1. Ability to see more than 5 channels at a time in the EPG. You can only see 5. Could they be squashed up a bit?

2. Ability to get “info” on the currently displayed channel when going into the EPG. (When you go into the EPG, scroll up and down, press OK, it takes you straight to the programme – you have to press right arrow, then OK for info – it’s longwinded.)

3. Small in screen view of current program when accessing the EPG.

4. Ability to immediately get info when playing back a recording, without having to go back into the list of what’s been recorded.

These are mainly along the line of what you get on Sky and YouView.
