Had been working fine until a couple of days ago, when the T2000 wouldn’t respond to my remote control…as a result, cannot change channel nor watch recorded programmes. In fact it does nothing! The YouView button won’t work so nothing can be recorded. Checked batteries – they’re fine; turned off at the wall – nothing changed. Any ideas?! Thanks
Try forcing the remote to the default code list.

Whilst changing remote code is not actually active on the DTR T2000 unit, the remote can be reprogrammed so not a bad idea to check – The default for youview units is code 1.
You can also check the remote is sending a signal by viewing through a digital camera.
Do the buttons on the unit work?
