I cant access maintenance mode on my DTR t2000 having tried many times using down arrow on the box AND on the remote. I have 3 boxs and i used to be able to access. All running latest software connected to a talktalk router.

Hi Mashby,
There is a knack to this when you want to access the maintenance mode. If you don’t press sequence in a very quick time, then box will only reboot to normal use. It should be a easy process, but takes getting used to. I have above given you a link directly for full detailed instructions from Youview’s very own webpage. I also belong to this forum. Simply select instructions relating to your box model. Hopefully this will help. Please let forum know how you get on. John L
