Hi to all. Just joined your forum. I have a HDR FOX T2GB purchased 3 weeks ago. It has crashed 4 times. Three times when using Wiki in TV Portal and once when sorting recorded programs. How common is this, and should I return to shop?

Do you have the latest version of firmware installed? I believe it is 1.02.27 though this may only be available to download as it’s from the beta site. See this thread software version 1.02.27 available to download (link)
What form do the crashes take? eg locking-up rebooting etc
Software is 1.02.20 Loader version a7.31 Last updated 11 06 2011. Screen goes blank, presume unit switches off, and then goes through normal start up. Guess I need to update. Thanks.
