I can copy a JPEG file but when I try to copy a video I get No Available storage message. Is this because the file is too big for my USB stick. Does anyone else think the manual is poorly written ? K

How big is your usb stick, how much space does windows say it has (right click on the icon in Windows Explorer and choose properties). How long and from what channel is the recording you are trying to copy ?
