My Sharp TV set has scart and HDMI sockets but no ethernet socket. What is the best method of connecting the Youview box to the television?
The ethernet socket on the DTR-010 is for connecting to your internet router: For best results with a cable but many successfully use powerline adaptors and some use a wi-fi adaptor. This connection is needed to access internet-based content via the device such as BBC iPlayer etc.
