Have had Aura since day one, no real issues.
Today went set a recording, no information for the channel in guide.
when selecting channel message says channel locked, input password,
this I have done, still blank screen, still no information in programme guide.
Have checked guide and found other channels displaying same problem.
Any suggestions please.
Password is still set to 0000, as new.
If you say which channels you are referring to, someone may be able to offer help.
channels i have found are 5select anbd(forgive me) shopping channel.
