I was checking this site because I’m having problems with recording Channel 4 and 5 and getting a lot of interference on playback and I wanted to see if other people have had similar problems. Anybody?

While on this site I noticed there has been a software update – no email sent to me (has been before) – but I can’t get it to work. Tried two USB pens without any luck. I’ve gone through the update procedure –

Taking out the power cable from the back of the box

Putting in the USB pen

Connecting the power cable with my finger on the ‘V’ and that’s a far as it goes – nothing comes up on the screen.

Help would be much appreciated.
