hi,
I have lost channel five and all associated channels ie 5usa
all worked perfectly well until one day just had message
no or bad signal. I am in spain , not great at technology but can follow instructions well enough. any ideas ?

Hi welcome to the forum. It’s down to the channels being moved to a new satellite (Astra 2F) from a temporary home on Astra 1N. This has a beam specifically tailored to a tight focus on the UK. In time most of your services will suffer the same problem.
Depending where you are a larger dish may get them back. You need a local satellite expert to get a more definitive answer. Reports indicate reception in Javea is possible using a 1.2M dish. Generally the further South you are the larger the dish needed.
