Hi,
Recently I cannot view the ITV1 HD chanel (channel 119). I can see the shows through the guide but not view the channel.
When I enter 119 it just stays on the channel i’m on, going up to 118/120 and moving up and down to it just keeps me on the previous channel.
I can see the progamme schedule for it through the tv guide fine.
My timed recordings aren’t happening and trying to record something through the guide it comes up as failed.
Ive tried unplugging the box and leaving it but hasnt fixed the issue.
Is this happening for anyone else? Is there a way to refresh the channels without completely resetting the box so I lose everything?

Yeah I can get the ITV SD 103, but not the ITV HD channel, should be on 119.
Some ITV HD regions changed were on 31 March.
Reset units making a note of your recording schedules as you will have to re enter them – take a picture with phone/tablet/camera
Ok, will have a try.
Sounds most likely as first time I noticed it missing was trying to watch Billy Connolly on the 1st April. Was fine watching Bear grilles on the 30th.
Yup. All worked just reset to Factor settings and let it run. Got itv HD back.
This happened to me too !! Will try the factory reset & report back. BTW – still nothing from Humax about a fix for the HDD problems – very bad, in my view, as this has been dragging on for months. Will not buy another Humax box until problems are sorted.

Yes this fixed the problem – a bit of a faff but at least I can now watch ITV ads between the shows in HD again, should I choose to !! Thanks very much for the advice.
