Is there power to the unit? Any sign of life? If not, it’s worth trying it on another outlet, just in case.
Otherwise, try unplugging it completely for awhile, and also pull out the ethernet connection. Then reconnect the power (not the ethernet) and try to start it. If no luck, the next step is to ring Humax (if still under guarantee) to arrange a replacement. Maddening, I know – happened to me twice, with the T1000, so I sympathise
My first one was replaced – when the second one died, the guarantee had expired. Humax have a very convenient exchange system, but the replacement may be a refurbished box, as mine was. And you do lose your recordings, so it’s a real pain, but better than a kick in the teeth I guess
