I cannot play one recorded programme on my 9300T. When I select it and press OK a rectangle with 4 arrows pointing outwards appears in the little screen with the word EXIT alongside it.

I cannot play one recorded programme on my 9300T. When I select it and press OK a rectangle with 4 arrows pointing outwards appears in the little screen with the word EXIT alongside it.
Have you tried pressing the EXIT button on the remote control? That should take you to full screen, that’s what the rectangle with 4 arrows pointing outwards means.
