Thanks Graham, my app settings says I am logged in, the box reference no is paired, under remote control there is no entry just ‘Scan for Smart boxes’ which has already been paired.
On the main screen there is a line across the TV icon, I suppose ‘no go’ if I click on that I get a search for a new box, and there is none to find.
The program guide is very useful but I would like to get the ‘Control’ back.
I have tried the app on a tablet and a smart phone and get the same result.
Do you have any suggestions?
