    I have the new software 1.00.07 and have done a factoryt reset as advised but am getting a message not currently available (10007)

    any ideas

    It should be 1.00.17 and yes you should be getting ITV Player.

    sorry i am on 1.00.17 and yes i can get bbc iplayer

    Not working for me either, different error code though.

    Edit: No sooner I post that and it starts working!!
