Not for tye first time I am having a problem. I have a RM105 remote with a big blue Home button to access on demand/settings/recordings etc. It also has sepwrate On Demand button. The on demand button works perfectly. For some reason the Home button now does nothing. It followed the box getting stuck on one channel. A hard reset by unplugging solved that but now without the home button I can’t access recordings etc. This happens every few weeks and suddenly solves itself wfter a few hours. Any ideas?
Apologies if this is too obvious, but have you tried removing the batteries from the remote for a few seconds?

Agreed, I also hold a key down to ensure the remote has completely lost power.
