Cannot reserve past event

    I always select from the guide to reserve a programme and then go into the recording schedule to add a few minutes to the end time. I’ve just tried to do that for two programmes I’ve scheduled to record this evening but I get the message ‘cannot reserve past event’. I presume it’s because we’re in a new year but I’ve never had the problem in previous years.

    Has anyone else had this problem? It’s a PVR 9300-T. Any help would be appreciated.

    Make sure under Time Settings, your time zone is set to Auto and not any other option.

    If you are doing that then, edit the time using the numbers on the remote rather than using the left/right arrows.

    Thanks, son_t. The problem seems to have been peculiar to January 1st as I had no trouble changing the end time on a programme I reserved yesterday. A strange gremlin.
