My HB1000s has stopped working. Whenever I switch it on it just cycles through the first Human screen over and over. It never gets to the Freetime ident screen. I’ve tried reinstalling the latest firmware and swapping all the cables. Any ideas or is it back to the shop?

If you have an attached Hard disk try removing the connection
Otherwise try removing the power for 10 mins.

Final Suggestion – reset to default – guess you have done that as well.
Thanks for your suggestions but tried it all. Its back to the shop for a replacement now.
