Hello all (you experts),
My Foxsat HDR won’t boot up. I have tried switching off the 220v for several hours. When I reconnect the front panel starts at “L001”, takes several minutes counting up to “L100”, then shows “P072” , and finally shows the message “E-FE” and stops there. Any ideas?

Sounds terminal to me, from the error codes in our FAQ – flash memory problem, and the main board will need replacing.
If within warranty contact retailler or Humax Support.
My Foxsat HDR has come up with exactly the same fault, I am well out of warranty. Has a solution been found yet? Is it possible to fix it, or is it a new receiver?
Lo and Behold after a 24hr shutdown the unit returned to normal, all seems to be ok, but we will see. If it happens again I will post it up.
