InactiveI have got a Sony Tv in conjunction with Panasonic sound box which is Bluetooth compatible and also Humax FVP-5000T HD recorder.
I don’t believe the TV as Bluetooth BUT I would like to listen to TV and recorded programmes with my Bluetooth headphones do I pair the Headphones to to sound box or TV or the Humax seem to be a problem after trying various pairing combinations

InactiveFvp-5000t does not have Bluetooth as far as I am aware.
TV and soundbar may only be capable of receiving Bluetooth (to play music from your phone etc) and not be able to broadcast to headphones.
You may need something like this :-

Although much cheaper alternatives are available.
Post the make/models of TV and soundbar and more accurate advice can be given.

Unless you use low latency APtx headphones and bluetooth sender you will likely find lip synch issues using bluetooth headphones with video content.

You would have to connect a Bluetooth transmitter to the red and white analogue audio outputs on the rear.
A battery headphone amplifier and a long stereo rca cable would eliminate the lip synch issue and use normal wired headphones
