I’m getting occasional occurrences of the Aura displaying a blank screen whilst on Live TV. Mostly with sound as normal, sometimes no sound.

Pressing the Info button displays all the correct channel information as normal.

Happens with both HD (BBC101) and SD (BBC1), I don’t have UHD.

Other menus seem to work as expected and I can go into settings without problems.

I’ve not determined a pattern in what causes it or what flips it back to normal.

Anyone else met this?

Had my Aura for about a week. It’s updated with the latest firmware and I’ve tried re-tuning. Had one hard lockup – which needed powering off and on to sort out.
