Hello,
over the past month I can barely watch any HD channels on Freesat, that’s BBC, ITV, etc. My sat. comes from a communal dish that supplies flats in my area which is Radcliffe Manchester. All other non-HD channles are OK. Sometimes I do get a good reception, usually early mornings, but then close to 9AM the reception is crippled. I spoke to BBC and they are not aware of any problems. As the non-HD channels are OK I cannot report this to my landlord, this wouldn’t have to do with any antenna problems. I remember a similar problem 1-2 years ago, exactly the same and then the problem vanished. I simple have no clue who to report this to.
I also did a recent search for all channels so I can watch BBC SD, but this didn’t fix the problem. Maybe I need to delete the channels completely and re-search?
Anyone else is having same problem?

I reckon it’s a issue with your communal dish. The HD channels are a little harder to get as the forward error correction used favours bandwidth at the expense of making them less robust.

What does it say about tuner 1 at the end of blue Strength and Quality bar graphs ?

both tuners 1 and 2 are showing strength as Normal and Quality Good. Although strength is fluctuating around 60%.

Mine is 100/100. How does the signal from the SD channels look ?
