Hi, I have the FVP4000T and have found today that I can no longer bring up the red button text service whilst connected via the Humax. If I watch directly through the TV then it is available. The only difference that I can think of is the the TV is DVB-T tuner whereas the Humax is DVB T2. I have tried getting the text on both the SD and HD channels and it works on neither. Is anyone else having this problem?
To access Teletext.
Type 250 on remote.
When page loads press YELLOW
Press ch down once
Press ch up once (returns to 250)
Keep repeat pressing GREEN button
A page will appear with 6 options
Press 6
Press BLUE
And there is Teletext.
There’s also other options that may be useful to someone.

Thanks for the swift response, however that didn’t work for me. This morning I did a full retune and can now get BBC text via the red button (Smart retune did not work)
