BBC iPlayer not working anymore

    We were able to watch BBC iPlayer via our Humax box on channel 101 with the red button until a month or so ago. Now when we press the red button on channel 101, it takes us to page 100 with no option to select iPlayer. I cannot find any solution to this so any advice would be greatly appreciated!I’ve checked for software updates but found none.

    What model of box do you have?

    It’s a HUMAX HB-1100S

    Don’t you have an on demand option when you press the home button ?

    I realised that on Demand wasn’t working so went to settings and connected the box to our internet. So we now have On Demand working and can watch iPlayer plus other on demand channels which we couldn’t get before with the red button. Even got our Netflix account set up on Demand so very happy!
