Hello All, in addition to the My5 player being missing from Freeview play, I find that BBC iPlayer will not load. I just noticed this today 06/11/20. Is anyone else having these problems? How do I fix this? Many thanks.
You don’t tell us what Humax device you are using. I can confirm that both the services you mention are working correctly on FVP 5000T this morning. Let us have more information and we may be able to help.
4000T according to Tangleweed’s My5 thread.
Hello thanks for your reply. My Humax box is an FVP-4000T. I find BBC iPlayer is now loading. My5 is still missing from list of players.

Photograph your recording schedule and then try a reset to factory defaults.
