Hi,
Recently purchase the Aura, currently have an issue when trying to switch inputs to watch Amazon Firestick. When I press the AV button on the Humax remote I receive a black screen with the following warning message
“No signal. Check the external input or select another input using the INPUT button”.
I’ve spoken to Humax Tech Support who were no help at all. TV is a 1 year old Sony Bravia.
Hope someone can help
AV button on the Humax remote doesn’t work properly with a Sony TV, certainly not with mine.
Works fine with both my Sony TV’s
With my KDL-43XE8005, pressing the AV button on the Humax remote shifts the input away from my AV amp to another input (can’t remember which) but there is then no option to select another input. Repeated pressing of the Humax AV button does not cycle through the inputs. So the only escape is to use the TV’s remote to change the input.
