Hello, I’ve just bought an Aura box and done the basic setup, and have installed the Aura app on my phone, and linked it with the registration code.
The problem I have is that it will only show video in portrait mode, a tiny strip across the centre. Rotating the phone just gives me a tiny vertical strip in the centre!
My phone properly rotates other apps.
I can’t find a setting to turn landscape on.
I’m sure I’m missing something obvious!

When viewing a video, touch your screen and select the full screen icon in the bottom right hand corner. This should give you the full screen image in landscape mode.
D’oh! I knew I must have been missing something obvious.
Still quite clumsy design but there you go.
