New to the forum so this may allready been answered before
Whilst watching TV with our Aura box it decides to completely switch itself off and on again . this happens normally twice in quick sucession. IE a double reboot.
Any ideas as to why

Try a Freeview reset which includes deleting all the current channels and timers and usually this sorts the issue.
Whenever there are any channel shuffles/changes I do this and I have since not had a single reboot.
Something similar happens to me too. I don’t think it is a full reboot as it is too quick – just a black screen with the android thingy. Mine takes a few seconds.
A Channel Rescan sorts the quick reboot for me, for a bit, I save the Reset for bigger issues.
Restarts, crashes and bugs are part of the Aura’s charm, you need to get used to them as Humax have no interest of fixing them.
