Just purchased the aura works fine but mobile app cannot connect to box just doesn’t discover the box despite being on same network and both iPhone and aura have latest updates for firmware/ software anyone know why I can’t get the app to connect to the box
I’m registered however can’t seem to finish registering my aura device I have entered registration code given by the aura device but the website keeps asking what my PIN code is which is default 0000 but doesn’t seem to accept this it’s so frustrating
