Not used the app for a while, but wanted to watch the recorded F1 highlights whilst I cooked dinner yesterday so fired up the app to either stream directly or convert and move to the phone.
But the app tells me it can only stream or convert to two devices at a time, and it shows that it is already streaming to 2 devices. Yet noone else in the house uses the app, noone is streaming and 24 hours later it was still showing the same.
I've just rebooted and it still shows one device streaming per the app.

Try rebooting your home router
I can do, but interested in why you would suggest that?
Can’t do it this evening as too much internet streaming going on in the house.
