InactiveHi, I have a Samsung S25 Ultra phone, when using the Aura app and want to set a recording, it's difficult to do so as the app seems oversized for the screen.
I can tap 'this episode only' but most of record all episodes is hidden at the bottom.
Sometimes it works, and sometimes I hit home by mistake.
Does everyone have this issue, or is it something specific about my phone?
I emailed Humax about it, but they just responded by telling my to uninstall and reinstall to see if it fixes it (which it didn't), or to just use the myhumax.net site.

InactiveRotate screen is turned on, and some apps do go to landscape mode, but Aura seems to stay in portrait mode.

InactiveIt’s a feature called edge-to-edge which is enabled by default from Android 15. The Aura app will need to be updated to avoid the visual overlap.

InactiveSamsung Galaxy S2x Ultra users can use the pen. I can vouch that it works on my Galaxy S23 Ultra so it should work on others.

InactiveYes this has happened to me too, to fix it I had to go to Settings, Display, Navigation Bar, and change from “Buttons” to “Swipe Gestures”.
Then the Humax App will display the full recording options dialog.
So you can either get used to using Swipe Gestures or put it back to “Buttons” when finished with the Humax App.

InactiveWouldn’t it be good if humax would just fix their app to fit to the window properly.
I don’t think i have any other app that goes over into the buttons like the humax app.
I did actually email humax and they just suggested uninstalling and reinstalling it. How lame they don’t seem to even recognise why it’s an issue.

InactiveYou’re right, it’s extremely lame. You’d hope that someone working in support for a tech company would have some grasp of what constitutes a valid bug.
