Hi all my problem is the appp says the box has not been detected i have tried inputing the ip address but the box does not show the code it was woking fine up untill tuesday

I tried a factory reset but it goes as far as to accept the terms and conditions please read but the two boxes are blank i tick the boxes but it tells me to connect to the internet which it is via ethernet cable but but will not save i know the internet is fine as i can stream ok so now i am at a loss as what do do next
