    My Humax Aura Android app seems to be broken (since the last few days), on both of the devices that I have it installed on (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S7 FE).

    When I try to open the TV Guide, Schedule, Recordings, Downloads or On Now I get a blank screen. If I search for a programme I see a list of matching programmes, but if I tap on any of them I get taken to a blank screen again.

    I have tried rebooting the Aura, and also power cycling it, but neither has helped. Also tried clearing the cache and force-stopping the app.

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    Humax support have made the default suggestion of doing a factory reset on the Aura. Does anyone know how/if my config and recording schedules can be backed up and restored?

    It seems that this problem occurs if I have the DLNA server enabled on the Aura box. If I disable it the problem goes away.
