I received my Aura yesterday, and everything was working fine, both live TV and apps, but today, whenever I access an app, the programme that plays is too big for the screen. It is as if I am just getting the top left-hand corner of the show.

I’ve seen others with similar problems on here, and have tried the suggestions from those threads – playing around with display settings – but have had no joy. I did unplug the Aura before switching it off last night, if that is an issue.

It may be something specific to my TV though – a JVC.

Any help would be appreciated.
