I don’t think there is a single answer that covers all the Humax boxes; which box do you have?
Thanks for your reply. I have two Humax Youview T2000 machines and the problem occurs with both. I have tried all the normal procedures – turning on and off the wi-fi, electrics and disconnecting and connecting. One machine is next to the Wi-fi hub, the other near a booster.
