Have not replied in years and I’m totally out of it, so sorry ’bout that!
Am using Freesat here in SW France, and am noticing that nearly all channels are slowly changing over to HD.
BBC1 is totally HD (cannot get it all now), BBC2 still has a normal channel (which works on a wing and a prayer), ITV still have the old channels (hurrah). Channels 4 and 5 are now HD, but again, with a wing and a prayer, l can sort of watch them on 4+1/5+1.
It’s not my box/dish/lnb as they been all checked.
So it has got to be the satellite itself, surely?
Any other ideas?
