Hi all button’s work except the media button.

The default for a ‘Factory Default’ is NOT to format the HDD. Unless you change the default when you request a ‘Factory Default’ you will not lose any recordings.
By ‘power off’ did you switch of the mains supply to the box? If there is a recording due to start in 40 minutes or you have power saving switched off, then it won’t reboot without also disconecting the mains supply.
Can you reach the media files via the menu?
MENU >> Video
What does the box say is the state of the HDD?
MENU >> Settings >> System >> Data Storage
