InactiveCarried out the retune today and now find ALL BBC SD programmes are subject to intermittent break-up. HD channels are fine, and all channels on TV are OK.
All channels on the Humax other than BBC SD are OK. I live just outside North London and when retuning I am given the option of Crystal Palace or Cambs/Beds. I’ve tried both and they give same results. I know I got the latter transmitter as I received “Look East”.

Have you got channels in the 800’s ?
I think after todays retune that should read “got any channels in the 1000s”; certainly that was where a duplicate was placed when I experimented with an automatic tune before doing a manual tune.

InactiveThanks, Martin. Did a manual tune as per your instructions and it has worked. But how would the “man (or woman) in the street” know about this?
Get an engineer in, I suppose.
Anyway, thanks again.

InactiveWhen you carry out a manual tune does the retune pop up still appear for you?
It does for me!

InactiveIf you chose “Now” from the retune popup, then stop it. Then perform a manual retune, and you should not be bothered again by the retune popup.
