    Hello

My 9300 behaves as normal when watching/recording but when I leave it on for a period and then switch the tv on I get the att. I switch off and reboot all is well. My signal strength is good, the picture on the tv is good,no blocking. If it is recording when I switch the tv on I get the att screen but it does not effect the recorded prog. Can anyone help please

    Thanks in advance

I wondered that too. If OP had described more accurately exactly what he was talking about instead of leaving us guessing/asking, it wouldn’t matter that he couldn’t post pics.

Please tell us what the signal strength and quality is as reported by the Humax. Like everyone else I don’t understand what you mean by “att”, please enlighten us.

It was meant to be attached( a pic of the screen ) for some reason I could not send it

    Strength 80%…quality 100%

If someone could tell me how to post the pic I would be grateful

At a guess the picture size or resolution is too high. Just describe in text what you see.

As you cant attack a pic, describe what you are getting.

Ah, so there is, is, is. I missed that. But there again, it seems that I wanted to attack a picture instead of attaching one. 😳
