InactiveHello
My 9300 behaves as normal when watching/recording but when I leave it on for a period and then switch the tv on I get the att. I switch off and reboot all is well. My signal strength is good, the picture on the tv is good,no blocking. If it is recording when I switch the tv on I get the att screen but it does not effect the recorded prog. Can anyone help please
Thanks in advance

InactiveI wondered that too. If OP had described more accurately exactly what he was talking about instead of leaving us guessing/asking, it wouldn’t matter that he couldn’t post pics.

Please tell us what the signal strength and quality is as reported by the Humax. Like everyone else I don’t understand what you mean by “att”, please enlighten us.

InactiveIt was meant to be attached( a pic of the screen ) for some reason I could not send it
Strength 80%…quality 100%
If someone could tell me how to post the pic I would be grateful

At a guess the picture size or resolution is too high. Just describe in text what you see.

InactiveAh, so there is, is, is. I missed that. But there again, it seems that I wanted to attack a picture instead of attaching one. 😳
