Hello , my 7500T says HD is empty and needs formatting but my tech guy checked it and all files good 3/4 full. Usb stick formatted correctly also wasn’t recognized. Tried factory reset no luck. I have ver7.81 would firmware update fix problem ? If I buy a s/h same model stb would it work if I swopped HD’s
Just to add my storage screen pic is submitted . This happened overnight and HD 3/4 full
