4000T No audio on ITV

    Anyone had or got this issue & able to suggest a remedy? All of a sudden i have no audio on Ch3 ITV, just voice overs. Seems fine on all other channels including ITV+1 & 103 ITV HD. Its a FVP4000T (all fine on the TV itself. Its only an issue when viewing through the FVP box). Cheers

    Me too lost sound on standard on channel 3 standard viewing but ok on channel 103 hd

    Hang in there chaps. It seems they are on the case!

    “Thank you for contacting Humax.

    We have been receiving an elevated number of calls and emails about the no audio issue on particular ITV channels.

    It seems to be widespread and affecting multiple users, so it is not just your box that is affected by this.

    Do take note that you can still record any particular program on ITV SD, and the audio will come up when watching the recording, just not on Live TV.

    This issue has been escalated internally, and we are currently working alongside Freeview and ITV to resolve it as soon as possible.

    I seem to have got sound back today and also last night channels 103 and 104 did not go to black screen with message to connect to internet from 10pm to 11pm.. so hopefully it is deffo being resolved

    Yep normal service resumed it would seem
